Default Heat transfer coefficient & velocity

I do not have a heat transfer text book, hence I am asking this question here. My problem is this. Air is flowing inside a pipe with an average velocity say V, with some temperature distribution across the cross section. What is the equation for heat transfer coefficient (i.e., relationship between h, v, dt/dy)? Thanx for your reply.
