Can anybody offer CFD analysis for modelling wind around a proposed multi-storey apartment block in Manchester, UK?

I am not sure I understand the significance of Manchester. Assuming it means you want the CFD performed in Manchester then talk to UMIST. They have a long and well respected track record in CFD. They used to have a unit called FLAIR (not 100% sure of the name) for handling short term contracts.
