wall roughness

Hi folks, can anyone tell me the wall roughness value (k) which corresponds to hydrodynamically smooth pipes? Does the value for drawn tubing (0.0000015 m) correspond to this or should it be less? Thanks in advance!

(1). Take a look at the book by Schlichting, "boundary layer theory". Chapter-turbulent flow through pipes. (2). hydraulically smooth regime: 0 less, equal, (ks * v*/nu), less, equal 5.
