I'm preparing some materials for a web page in english, and will note you at next week.

(1). If the researchers within are not prepared and ready to deal with the open door policy which can happen in the near future, then the ill-prepared trade can easily lead to another trade war similar to the those happened in late Ching-Dynasty. (2). My feeling is, financial befenit is driving the open door policy, while in reality, the infrastructure is not there. (3). Such ill-prepared condition can easily lead to war, because both sides are not prepared to understand the languages of the trading parties. (4). If all you want to do is to let the world outside know what you can do, then the closed door policy is a better policy. (5). Time moves at the speed of light. It is hard for our readers to read the Chinese webpage, and then wait for the English version, just to learn what's new in your posted message. (6). But you are free to talk about your new development here.

sorry, (2) should be "financial benefit"
