Does any one know about an equation of state for water other than Tait's or stiffened equation of state?

Thanks

It depends upon your problem. In case of high pressure ranges you may consult the book by C. L. Mader, "Numerical Modeling of Detonation", UCP, 1979. Here you can find HOM EOS for water.
