Try "Numerical Simulation in Fluid Dynamics: A Practical Introduction", by Michael Griebel, Thomas Dornseifer and Tilman Neunhoeffer. It is publised by SIAM (1998). The coding is in C++ .

(1). The most important part of CFD is "Numerical Analysis", related to the solution of Partial Differential Equations, namely elliptic, parabolic and hyperbolic types. (2). You should try to get this book: Paper back published by Prentice-Hall International,Inc. Author: Shoichiro Nakamura, at Ohio State University, Book Name: "Applied Numerical Methods in C",1993, ISBN 0-13-0343498-8. (3). Over 40 programs are listed. And most commonly used methods in CFD are included. This is a "must have" numerical method book in "c" written for undergraduate and graduate students. (4). The other "must have" book is "Applied Numerical Methods", by Brice Carnahan, H.A. Luther, and James O. Wilkes, in "Fortran".
