Help!
 

Hi,

I am a MRes student at Newcastle Uni. For my project I would like to model flows around a hull including a free surface. I will be using Fluent 5 to do this.

I was hoping that someone could give me some good sources of information to help me with this project.

This should be on the Fluent forum.

Anyway, you should know that the Fluent free-surface model is very slow and unstable (the Fluent people said anything up to 100 times slower than single phase).

Perhaps you should try another tool.
