Have you tried the technical library at the university nearest to you?

The Physics of Fluids and the Journal of Computational Physics are absolutely essential for any university that intends to produce competent engineers and scientists.

If a nearby library does not have these journals, that library should be able to find copies through interlibrary loan.

I think both Harlow and Nichols are still at the Los Alamos National Lab. Try contacting them via e-mail, www.lanl.gov.
