axisymmetric discretised eqn

Dear all, Hi, Would anybody guide me (to a book or a paper) where I can find the discretised form of the general transport equation in CYLINDRICAL AXISYMMETRIC COORDINATE. So far, I find only in Cartesian coordinate, Patankar (1980) and Versteeg and Malalasekera (1995).

You may see below paper is interesting, and see the references thereint also, it has good reference list. Nowadays, I am simulating axisymmetric jet. If you have more questions, let me know or email me.
