Hi! I'd just like to ask:

1. what are the more popular benchmark cases for 2-D incompressible flow around a moving cylinder? Is it the oscillating circular cylinder through a channel flow? Is there another benchmark available which does not involve channel flow?

2. what is the recent development for the MAC (marker and cell) method? what kind of improvements have been made so far to this 1969 scheme?
