Do anyone know what CFD can be used to simulate the process for mold injection ???

Yes. This is a very interestin topic.I have done it 5 years before. The most important thing is considering this simulaiton as 2 phases flows. Good luck

I know that flow-3d (www.flow-3d.com) is widely used for this purpose. Flow Science Inc, the developer/publisher/supporter of flow-3d, is a sponsor of this forum.
There are also several special purpose codes available, but I have no experience with them. Good luck! |

Have a look at www.moldflow.com For injection molding of thermoplastics it is quite good though expensive
