Default Visualizing contours in 3D data

Does anyone know a MATLAB function or some free visualization software that can show iso-contours of a function (like vorticity) in a three dimensional array of data? The array is organized in cylidrical polar coordinates, r, phi and z.

Thanks - Sujit
