Chemkin Mechanisms and Results
 

hi all,

I just want to validate a program which solves species concentrations in a one-dim. reactor.

Can anybody tell me where to find a reaction mechanism (in chemkin format) and the results (species concentrations) in order to verify my program.

Try www.me.berkeley.edu/gri_mech

You will find a detailed methane/natural gas mechanism there.

If you can get hold of SENKIN (part of the CHEMKIN package), you can use that program to generate results for 1D reactors.
