Any IGES (or step,etc.) files of aircraft available for public download somewhere?

Good question...I owuld be interested to here too.

I found some pages with models (some free examples and some stuff to buy). Non of the iges files was for free. But if you want to use a triangulated surface you can look at the following sites:

Most of the time you can use Rhino3d to import the files and export as stl.
