3D eleements for Stokes Flow

Does anyone have any experience with tri-quadratic elements for 3D stokes flow? Right now I'm using bi-quadratic velocity and discontinuous, linear pressue elements in 2D (Q2P1). I want to expand to 3D. Does anyone have experience with this element (or similar) in 3D? It looks like simply expanding the Q2P1 element would give 27 velocity nodes and 4 pressure nodes.

Thanks,

Scott
