Where to do a PhD?

Hi to those that are reading this message,

My question is very simply. I have a B.A. Honors in Computational Physics and will soon have a M.Sc. in Computational Science, following the completion of my Masters I hope to do a research PhD in a field of computational physics, and here is the 'but', but alot of these PhD's are in fields of microelectronics and nanostructure, alot on crystal structures (electronic band energies etc), foams, and noise. I have no interest in these fields, for me I find these are absolutely boring and leave nothing for the imagination. Here is my question: do you know where I might find a university (where doesn't matter) that do research PhDs in a field of computational physics other then the ones named above?

Just don't do it. However, if you really want it, try standford. -Selina Tracy
