Hi I am working in development of New Stabilized methods(modifications of Galerkin Method) in FEM. It is established that the stabilized methods suppress the oscilations. I am wondering that what should be the ultimate criterion of a good stabilized method. I am looking for a performance of stabilized methods like (GLS) for a 1D rough case i.e. (T(x=0)=0;T(x=L)=1) thanks
