Guidance toward convergence
I am attempting to obtain a viscous solution via OVERFLOW, using a Chimera grid scheme. Flow is subsonic (M=0.5). In my first case (AOA = 3deg, Sideslip = 0deg) I obtained relatively quick/good convergence and the data validates well. My other cases are at the same Reynolds number, but at varying angles of attack and sideslip (these are small angles, nowhere near stall). For all these cases, I am noticing that 1) the convergence trends are not nearly as "pretty" as in the first case and 2) convergence seems to be taking 3-5 times as many steps. All solver parameters are the same between cases. Any suggestions?
