I know that these schemes must satisfy the entropy condition, but I cannot see how that is done as part of a solution. I have seen some inequalities in text books which suggest you need to do a calculation on results to know if the solution is entropy satisfying. I want to know a priori. How can you ensure the "SCHEME" is ntropy condtion and ENO schemeentropy satisfying? Can someone recommend a text or paper that deals with this? Thanks.

Deconinck (editors) - published by Springer - includes two articles dealing with the ENO and WENO schemes. However, I'm not sure if they discuss about this issue. Best regards
