recently developed or innovative turbulence models

I am performing a literature review of recently developed/innovative turbulence models for the solution of the Reynolds-Averaged NS equations. could help me in find some of these models? I know there has been quite a lot of research going on in this field especially in Europe, both in algebraic and Reynolds Stress models.

Thanks!

Valerio

Re: recently developed or innovative turbulence mo

There is a new book called "Theories in Turbulence" from Oberlack and Busse (Springer) with a chapter about turbulence modelling. I think it gives a good review. Furthermore, you can look for articles from Durbin, Reynolds, Girimaji, Johansson, Gatski, Speziale, Shih and Taulbee in Physics of Fluids, Journal of Fluid Mechanics and other journals. You have enough material then.

Success,

Tom
