Default reflcetive BC at free end of 3D tube(tunnel)
Posts: n/a
Hi everyone! I'd like to know appropriate reflective(on compression or expansion wave) B.C. at free end of tube model. Is pressure fix (to static pressure) at free end best chice?

more detail description:

Solver: 3D compressible Euler eq. (FDM, Roe FDS) tube is lie horizontal in the air. Both end is open.

Now,I adopt following BC, P at both end is set to static pressure.

Is this BC is apropriate? I'm not sure.

Give me a suggestion please.
