I have the caveat code but I am not allowed to share it. You can apply to LANL Theoritical division T-3 to get the code.

Caveat is an older version of CFDLIB.

If you want to learn ALE, check the following papers: 1. An ALE computing method for all flow speed, Journal of computational physics 14, 227-253 (1974) by C.W. Hirt, A.A Amsden, JL Cook

2.Calculating 3-D fluid flows at all speeds with an Eularian-Lagrangian Computing mesh. Journal of computational physics 17, 132-159 (1975) by William E Pracht

Regards

Danny

If you can obtain an internal Los Alamos report from the early 70s describing the ALE method you will probably get flow diagrams and a listing of the source code in the back. This was quite common in the days of punchcards and paper tapes. (trying to put together a seriously dropped deck of cards without a listing was something one usually only did once!).
