Dear all:
I wonder if there anyone in Canadian University that use NPARC/Wind for their research. I am interested in using it for my research but I just heard that there is a strict restriction to use NPARC outside US. Does anyone has any idea how difficult it is to get the code for the use in canadian university? Thank you Danny |
