Test Case 8101
 

Hi all,

Does anybody know where I can find an electronic copy of the dataset from the test case 8101 (from the 1980-81 AFOSR-HTTM second Stanford conference on turbulent flows). This is a compressible boundary layer testcase with adiabatic walls. Dr. D.C. Wilcox quotes the testcase quite a lot in his book and papers but I can't find any data to set up a testcase of my own. I need an inlet boundary layer profile, and downstream profiles for comparison.

If anyone can let me know where I can find these I would be very grateful

P.S. I've found a lot of testcases from the AFOSR Stanford conference on the Journal of Fluids Engineering website but this particular testcase doesn't seem to be there.

I would just send an email of Wilcox (or go to his website) asking if he can send you the data, or tell you where to get the data.

I have made similar requests before and got very quick and helpful responses.
