Nozzle thrust calculation

Hi guys!
I have rocket nozzle simulated data, I want to calculate the thrust from that. One way is to calculate using the thrust equation at the exit. Is it possible to calculate the thrust using only nozzle pressure. |

You would have to calculate an area integral of pressure over the exhaust plane.
