Default Semi batch reactor modeling

I am new in the field of CFD. I am looking at modeling of a polymerisation reactor with changing volume and viscosity profiles, anyone care to help me with the way we have to approach this problem.

The objective is to map the volume of low viscosity feed in a high viscous liquid present in reactor. In addition to map the concentration of H2O of condensation as it is boiled azeotropically by use of a solvent.

Any high concentration areas of water and reactant are detrimental to the reaction.
