Hello everybody

i am solving 2-D NS equations and i am not able to getr the pressure convergence ... plese guide me a suitable way so that i am able to get the pressure convergence and the soutions of the equations upto Re = 200. Plese tell me if am able to do so by fixing pressureat the stagnation point and if i ccan how much will be the pressue with free stream vel. =1 and re=20 and 100. i am using FDM and explicit time marching scheme. if anybody can have some hepl he may contact personally me on my mail ID. i will bw very thankful.

You MUST fix the pressure otherwise you wont be able to check for pressure convergence. Take a fixed grid point as reference and after each solution of the pressure equation subtract the pressure of the reference point from all the grid points. So the pressure at the reference point will always be zero.

Sir, Thanks for the suggestions. but i am not able to decide which node to fix as the nodes near the vicinity of the cylinder will have some pressure values.. i have also tried it out by fixing a node near the end of the domain but in vain... there is no convergence. can it be done by fixing the stagnation pressure . if it can be how much will be the pressure at that point for Re=100 and also for Re=20; i will be thanful if u please specify some details
