Help on the flapping wing

I want to fabricate a flapping wing using MEMS technology. The tentative plan is to form some kind of depth distribution in order to make the wing have a good performance. Unfortunately I have never learned any knowledge about fluid mechanics. So I am not sure whether this idea is valid or not and how I can predict the flight performance of the design. So any software can predict the air performance of the design?

Not if you know nothing about fluid dynamics. Learn some, then worry about designing wings.
