Hi

Could someone please tell me what the best turbulent model is for very accurate (cd) and (cl) values over a wing for incompressible flow???

There is no such a thing like "best turbulent model", anyway for external incompressible aerodynamics you can try Spallart-Almaras (it is a very robust model).

how much accurate are you thinking about? I think for low angle of attack, S-A is very good, but increasing AOA will need more accurate model... For high AOA you may use k-omega... I think it is better... But if you intend to go to academic results, you should use LES...
