oxygen flow rate
 
would some body tell me how much flow rate is safe in the pipe?

Iwhan,

By "safe" I'm going to assume that you are looking at the question from a structural integrity stand point. That is actually not a question for CFD folks. The structural integrity of piping systems is governed by the ASME Pressure Vessel and Piping Code (adopted as a standard in Taiwan).

For air piping, you will probably want ASME B31.3 which governs process piping. In some special cases the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section 3 or Section 8, should be used. If you're unclear which code to use, consult an expert.
