Default Extra dissipation caused by fibers

Hi, I`m doing my MSc thesis and trying to define an extra dissipation of kinetic energy caused by fibers in turbulent pulp suspension flow at low consistensies (1%). Any ideas of which model (one or two phase model?) would be best for this problem and what kind of extra source terms in k-epsilon model are suitable for fiber-water interaction? Thanks in advance.
