In my job, I use the japanese software "CRADLE"...(i just begin with it)

Do you known this CFD software? What is your opinion about it?

a very good software for aerodynamic purposes
it has Adaptive Mesh Refinement , Passive motion of bodies due to fluid force , Free surface flow , combustion etc

i work some time with the software and i saw that it is one of the best software in the market.

I learn the use of the software CRADLE, and I have a problem with boundary condition:

When I put a "mass inflow" (kg/s), I obtain at the end of calculation, the fluid speed at 0 m/s???

With "velocity inflow", i have the good speed...

Why?

can you send me the model?

I can't because it's confidential project!

Maybe, i forgot any option for the boundary "mass inflow"?

Hello !

I begun to work with SCTETRA from Cradle and I'd like to know your opinion now about it since I suppose you have been working on it for a long time.
My applications are mainly hydrodynamics and thermals.
