Engine combustion related question

I'm doing my Ph.D in " two stroke diesel engines with spark plug for efficient combustion'.

Is it possible to burn diesel by Injecting at lower pressure and igniting with spark plug

It is possible, but it may or may not be desirable. The efficiency of an ordinary diesel engine is partly due to its high compression ratio, so you will lose efficiency if you lower the combustion pressure. It would be surprising if there were not already some literature on this topic. SAE Transactions would be a good place to start looking.
