rotary kiln modelling

hello, guys. I have a problem. I just finished up installing Ansys 11 for the first time, and I need to model a rotary kiln. I have a lot of data about it, but I have no idea how I should work with the software. What I need is to see how the temperature varies, and the heat flow. Can anyone help me?
E-mail: blackdvl@gmail.com, Yahoo ID: raven39000. Thanks a lot in advance.
