Hi , I am trying to sovle a fluid flow problem and I need to calculate the norms at the faces of triangles. Can anyone help me on how to calculate the norm on a particular face of a triangle?

Take two counter clockwise vectors (a and b) and compute |a X b|. For a reference, have a look the work of Gretar Tryggvason and Eshgar Esmaeeli on their front tracking method.
