wind profiles for large urban areas

Default wind profiles for large urban areas

Dear all

I want to simulate the flow in a large urban area. Normally using the wind tunnel I will simulate the surrounding topography with scale models to get the "approach profile".

How can I get this approach profile apart from taking values directly from wind tunnel ?

Find some technical papers or books on the topic. A quick search turned up the attachment ...
