Please help
 

Hi.

I am trying to cluster large points and find the minimum value for each cluster in FORTRAN. The idea is to assign closest points to group (say cluster 1) and another closest points to another cluster say 2 and so on. I do not know How can I apply it in FORTRAN. Please (if you have any idea) help me to do it
