Advice for Buying CFD Code

We wish to buy a CFD code for analysis for fluid-filled tanks on ground and in space for spacecraft
Out of the currently available commercial codes which is powerful in dealing with mcrogravity effects and also surface tension effects? |

Flow3d, from Flow Science, Inc., a sponser of this forum is a product by the team that developed codes (NASA-VOF 2D & 3D) for NASA for just this sort of problem. It's probably not the only tool out there that can do the job, but you should surely take a look.
