We wish to buy a CFD code for analysis for fluid-filled tanks on ground and in space for spacecraft

Out of the currently available commercial codes which is powerful in dealing with mcrogravity effects and also surface tension effects?

Flow3d, from Flow Science, Inc., a sponser of this forum is a product by the team that developed codes (NASA-VOF 2D & 3D) for NASA for just this sort of problem. It's probably not the only tool out there that can do the job, but you should surely take a look.
