Flow blowing through a hollow tube

Do you know any papers or methods talking about flow blowing through a hollow tube? The model is similar to poiseuille flow but there is an angle between the axis of the tube or cylinder and the flow direction. Thank you for the help.

1- Explain what you mean by flow blowing
2- By definition, all tubes (pipes for larger diameters) are hollow
Good luck
