any free fortran compiler for windows avaialble.. for unix there r many but what about windows??

The only one I know of is the Salford fortran personal edition (google for it)

g95 also has windows version.
intel fortra also has a free trial version.

how can i get it?? and do u know if lapack and blas libraries be used with this version as in the end i want to use lapack and blass.. which i am not able to install on the windows visual fortran of mine

you can get it in http://www.g95.org/
just compile the lapack and blas into libraray, the g95 can link it.
