Can someone kindly shed light (references/suggestion) on bcs to use for a simple simulation of flows which physically take place in a loop with a pump (e.g pressure generating element using centrifugal or electric body force) and the generated mass flow is required as an OUTPUT quantity...
Are use of periodic bcs at inlet and outlet and how can I learn about themfundamentally and as regard to implementation (references)... or is it appropriate to simulate the whole physical geometry of the flow-loop and solve as if it is a problem in an enclosure with no-slipat walls.. I have simulated the same with an imposed flow at inflow but my project objective is actually toget a generated flow.. Thanks in advance.. |
