Default Determining torque and forces on a turbomachine

Hello
Suppose one has a rotating turbine and the flow thorough is solved for the velocity and pressure fields. Now how are the total forces on the blades and torque obtained as a function of rotational angle

I am new to this, using openfoam and paraview.
Is this done in paraview?
