I am currently trying to model the heat transfer coefficient distribution outside a pipe in which a fluid undergoes a phase change from liquid to vapour. The flow is turbulent so the usual turbulence uncertainty envelope applies. Can anyone give me some practical advice on the reliability of the results? How can I improve them?
