Excellent! I'm also a chemical engineering dept PhD candidate and I'm doing CFD. I've been always thinking about combining my CFD knowledge with chemical degineering knowledge.

Thanks for your initiative and your massive advertising for the page in this forum. BUT - please finish your work. The pages are frequently down and the pages are fare from complete. Please post a link when it is finished and working, then I would very much like to visit the site

How can you have a link to subject called "Flow visualization" and not offer a single picture?

Hi Lee,

I liked you website and all -- but please don't bother spreading wrong and incomplete information. There are a lot of good books out there that can do the job well. I'm not sure what your goals are: driving traffic to your website? Getting this on your resume? Trying to learn something from others?

I'm sure there are better ways to do it. I have a feeling its best to be a CFD expert and then start teaching such a course.

There is no wrong information. EVerything are correct, if you know CFD. Thank you for a good guess of my goals for making this website, but you are totally wrong about that. My goal is to share CFd info to anyone willing to learn. Once again, thank you for your time to write the comments.

"All links are working properly, unless something wrong on your computer." Wow kind of strange that everybodies computer is broken....

Forbidden You don't have permission to access /cfd/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The 2nd message from Lee (Fri, 30 Jan 2004, 10:40 a.m. ) contains the correct address. Why is everyone so hostile?

I did not intend to be hostile. But the pages was for me a waist of time and that was the reason why I responded that way. I got irritated for several reasons:

-The first link that was posted was an error, that is not very profesional

-On the main page there are many bullets with topics that is still not finished. Only very few topics are ready.

-It would have been nice with a descripton about the content on the pages instead of just a link, thats a bit too lazzy. With a description you can judge if it is a page you want to visit and avoid waisting time.

-From my point of view then should the link have been placed on the resources pages, but it is probably not at a level yet where it can be placed there, it will at least not get a smiley.

Regards Jan

The requested URL could not be retrieved While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.chmltech.com/cfd.html The following error was encountered: Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.chmltech.com The dnsserver returned: Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.

Your answer really pissed me off. You could have been polite at stated that you were investigations the problem why some (few) people have problems, bl.a. bl.a. Maybe there is a filter on my computer for just your page, but that is not an error anymore.
