PCFD is on a distinguished road
Hi,

1. can somebody refer me to a paper/book which explains how to determine the eddy viscosity ratio at the inlet of a turbomachinery.

2. In my stage (centrifugal compressor), I reach max. Eddy Viscosity Ratios ~ 4000 which seems to me a lot to me. Nevertheless, the physical data which can be compared with experiments look quite promising. Do you have some good advise how I can critically ensure that the turbulence quantities (eddy viscosity ratio!, ...) are in a plausibel range....
