pipeline 800ft. diameter of pipe 20" outside and inside 18.77" the flow =3,737gpm and the maximum velocity =4.3 fps. The air release valve is 4 inches nominaly and closes(the orifice where the air/gas releases to atmosphere)to .07 when air/gas gets goin 110 fps. How can I determine the rate the air will be escaping the valve? pls help
