Hi, i am actually using CMRtools to analyse the data from MRI images of a heart. i need to import the data from CMRtools into Gambit but totally have no idea how to go about doing it. I need to mesh the heart using gambit

In Gambit you need a geometrical model of your heart (this can be drawn directly in Gambit or imported from an external CAD package). If your software can generate iges or stl geometries, then you can import this in Gambit. After that you will be able to mesh the heart.
