That is such a general question - you probably will not get much help. For example: are you referring to design point or off-design efficiency; how bad is it to begin with; what problems does the pump have now; is cavitation a problem now; are you overloading the blades now; how good or bad is the manufacturing of the components (castings or machining), etc.
