Default Charge process in little volume

Hi, I hope someone can give an answer. I want to find a model for a charge process of a volume of 6E-6 m3 and a throat area of 17E-6 m2. As you can see, the time of charge is very low. What suppositions can I take? Adiabatic? Quasy-steady? Do you know somewhere in the net where I can find a clue?

I'd be very grateful if you can give a reply. Thanks, Oscar from Barcelona
