Default USER SUBROUTINE IN FLUENT???

I want to use my subroutine in fluent 4.5. (PC,windows NT). Can any one explain me how to build a new version of fluent which includes my subroutine( i use absoft fortran and visual c++ 6.0 compiler and linker)!! many thanks. tim
